Position SummaryThe Enterprise Project Manager II is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives that align with the bank’s strategic objectives. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Planning, or assigned supervisor, this role provides governance, structure, and leadership across enterprise-level projects, ensuring consistent application of project management methodologies and successful outcomes.This position primarily serves as a key liaison between business units, technology teams, risk and compliance partners, and executive stakeholders. The role drives accountability, manages risks, and ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while adhering to regulatory and operational standards.Duties & Responsibilities Lead end-to-end management of large-scale, enterprise-wide projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.Allocate project management tools and resources across initiatives to ensure optimal utilization and alignment with strategic priorities.Establish clear expectations, roles, and accountability for project teams.Partner with the Director of Enterprise Planning or assigned supervisor to align project portfolios with strategic objectives and organizational priorities.Ensure consistent application of project management methodologies, standards, tools, and governance across all managed projects.Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across all business units, IT, operations, risk, compliance, and external vendors.Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies; Provide regular, transparent communication and reporting to stakeholders, including executive leadership, on project health, milestones, and outcomes.Manage scope changes through formal change control processes while maintaining alignment with business objectives.Drive continuous improvement by refining project management processes, tools, and governance frameworks.Ensure all initiatives comply with banking regulations, internal policies, audit requirements, and risk management standards.Assist the Director of Enterprise Planning with EPMO reporting and process needs.Expertise in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches).Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.Strong understanding of banking operations, risk management, compliance, and regulatory expectations.Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost tracking, and resource planning.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent work experience); MBA preferred4-7+ years of progressive project management experience, preferably within financial services or banking.Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or similar) preferred.Proven track record managing large, complex, cross-functional initiatives in a regulated environment.Proficiency with business and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Smartsheet or equivalent).Compensation and BenefitsSalary offered is based on factors, including but not limited to, the job duties, required qualifications and relevant experience, and local market trends.
