Retail Sales Associate - Best Buy
As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Best Buy for customers who visit our stores. If you have a passion for sales or just helping people, this role is great for you.

Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner

Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments

Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked

Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders

Minimum 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends

The length of your LOA depends on your situation, where you live, your full‑time or part‑time employment status, and federal and state regulations. Intermittent or reduced‑schedule leave is also available for certain medical or family care leaves.
