Labcorp is seeking a Float Phlebotomist to join our team in Arizona to include, but not limited to covering the West Valley cities.
Work Schedule: Must be available for Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm and rotating Saturdays as needed; Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
Process billing information and collect payments when required
Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
Provide superior customer service to all patients
Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
Travel to additional sites when needed
High school diploma or equivalent

Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 1 year or more experience as a phlebotomist
Bilingual in English / Spanish
In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency
Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Exceptional customer service
Comfortable working under minimal supervision

As a Float Phlebotomist, you will have the opportunity to quickly gain a vast amount of experience.
You will be working with a variety of patients, team members, and clinics/patient service center locations. Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the Phlebotomy Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
Additional $1.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement

**$1,500.00 SIGN ON BONUS**
