Strategic Asset Allocation & technical execution:

Lead and execute insurance-specific SAA work, including asset-liability considerations, regulatory constraints, capital efficiency, and portfolio optimization
Regulatory expertise:
Maintain strong working knowledge of insurance regulatory regimes, including US and non-US frameworks
Apply regulatory requirements pragmatically to portfolio design and SAA outcomes
Build and improve systems, tools, and workflows supporting insurance solutions
Improve efficiency, turnaround time, and quality of outputs
Serve as technical authority in client discussions
Collaborate closely with PMs, strategists, and regional teams
Deep technical background in insurance SAA, actuarial modeling, or insurance investment solutions
Strong understanding of insurance regulation and capital frameworks
Experience scaling insurance solutions infrastructure
Faster, cleaner, more scalable insurance SAA and regulatory work
Supported and retained junior team members through repeatable processes and coaching
A scalable global insurance solutions platform with consistent, high-quality outputs
