Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests across chemistry, hematology, immunology, and additional specialties following set procedures.
Collaborate in assessing results, troubleshooting discrepancies, and executing maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
Engage in specimen collection and efficiently prepare samples for analysis as required.
Ensure comprehensive documentation of all procedures, mentor new staff or students, and help uphold lab quality assurance standards.
Advocate for a clean, safe work environment while adhering to regulatory standards and accreditation guidelines.
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree combined with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Achieve ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork with healthcare professionals.
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly regarding quality control and documentation practices.
