Supply Chain Specialist

Location: Lebanon, TN Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Day Shift: 7 AM-3:30 PM | Monday Friday

Keep the Supply Chain Moving. We're hiring a Supply Chain Specialist to support daily warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory control, and material handling. Load and unload freight from trucks using a forklift, pallet jack, or manual material handling equipment.

Record shipment information and complete shipping and receiving documentation.

Sort, label, stage, and organize freight for warehouse storage or customer delivery.

Transport materials safely throughout the warehouse using forklifts and other equipment.

Support inventory organization and warehouse logistics to ensure efficient operations.

Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse work areas.

Provide excellent customer service to internal teams and external customers.

Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies while supporting daily supply chain operations.

High school diploma or GED required.

One to three years of experience in warehouse operations, supply chain, logistics, shipping and receiving, or material handling preferred.

Forklift certification or the ability to become certified is required.

Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or warehouse equipment.

Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.

Basic math skills and the ability to accurately complete shipping documentation.

Ability to read, understand, and complete warehouse forms, logs, and checklists.

Strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork and customer service.
