BayCare HomeCare is currently in search of our newest Home Health, LPN who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. Facility: Sarasota Memorial HomeCare
Status: Full Time
Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM / Monday - Friday
Weekend Work: Every Third Weekend
The Home Health LPN provides hands-on care in the home for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards and protocols. Delivery of patient care to assigned patients, provides care for clients as ordered including IV infusions, infusion pumps, and tube feedings under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
Identifies, implements, and maintains appropriate teaching plans for patient and caregivers under direction of a Registered Nurse
Follows plan of care and collaborates with Registered Nurse regarding patient response to treatment and change in status
Utilizes nursing knowledge in the administration of medication and evaluation of effectiveness when applicable.
LPN (Registered Nurse) License
Required Associate's or Diploma Nursing

Required 1 year Licensed Practical Nurse
Preferred 1 year Home Care
