Health Advocate - Remote

Optum is seeking a Behavioral Health Care Advocate to join our remote team, performing telephonic clinical reviews with Providers to ensure members receive effective outpatient psychotherapy and community-based care.
This inbound, queue-based role operates Monday–Friday, 10:30am–7:00pm CST, with remote work from anywhere in the U.S. You will assess coverage guidelines, collaborate with providers, and help shape patient treatment plans.
