Location: Douglas, WY (40 minutes from Casper) Schedule: 710 Shifts/Month | 24-Hour Coverage Compensation: $2,500/shift + what you bill | 1099 | Housing Provided

Let's get this out of the way: Yes, Douglas is in the middle of nowhere. And yes, that's kind of the point. We're recruiting a Hospitalist to provide low-volume 24-hour coverage in this rural Wyoming hospital, just 40 minutes from Casper (civilization and good coffee await you).

You don't have to move here. Fly in, drive in, teleportthen head home after your shifts (or stick around and get some fresh air + quiet).

Your Day-to-Day:

Work solo in a low-volume rural hospital

Handle inpatient care, admissions, and anything that comes through the door

No clinic. No outpatient. Just focus on the patients in-house

You'll Need:

MD or DO, Board Certified or Eligible in IM or FM

U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder

Wyoming license or willingness to obtain one

Confidence working independently in a rural setting
