Most Sales Associates earn $20-$35+ per hour (base pay plus uncapped commission)

Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience
Learn and demonstrate premium sewing machines, vacuums, and related products
Recommend solutions based on each customer's needs
Build lasting customer relationships
Assist customers with product questions, accessories, repairs, and project guidance
Work closely with your teammates to achieve store goals
At least one year of retail sales or customer service experience
Comfortable working Saturdays
No sewing or vacuum experience? We provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing coaching to help you become an expert.
Part-time
- ~3 days per week
- Closed every Sunday
