Previous kitchen experience is preferred but we offer on the job training

At Hash Kitchen you will work with passionate people to create and nurture a fun, positive work environment. You will provide guest satisfaction through recipe execution and preparing high-quality food for our Guests. You will set up cook stations, ensuring all prep items are available on the cook line.

Follow the prep list created by chefs to plan duties

Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible

Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, etc.

Undertake basic cooking duties such as reducing sauces, parboiling food, etc.

Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out the trash, etc.

Ensure all food and other items are stored properly

Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines

Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
