Doctors Nursing and Rehab: Registered Nurse - Rn

Blue Ash Health & Rehab, LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. As an RN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met within a supportive and professional environment.
Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and document residents' health status and progress.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate resident care.
Educate residents and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Comply with all federal, state, and facility regulations and standards.
Requirements Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
Minimum of 1 year nursing experience preferred.
