Monday - Friday 5:15a-12:15p and Saturday 5:15a-9:45a

As a Clinic Concierge , you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance of safe treatment and working environment. You will monitor the clients and ensure general safety for all and promote service delivery that is aligned with the agency’s primary mission.

Minimum high school diploma or GED

Localized travel up to 20% may be required.

Conduct walkthroughs inside and outside of the clinic on an hourly basis.

Keep patient waiting rooms clean and supplied with educational brochures and other reading materials

Assist Clinic Leadership in the oversight of the facility

Report all life-threatening situations concerning staff, patients and the immediate community

Arrive on time for scheduled meetings and training sessions

Assist in clinic drills and inspections (e.g. panic button, evacuation, Cal OSHA, fire)

Report to the Clinic Manager before departing at the end of the shift

Monitor work being done in and around the clinic by third party contractors (e.g. construction, landscaping, janitorial)

Assisting Front Office when short staffed, including answering of phones, checking patients in, filing, etc.
