Registered Nurse (RN)
Role Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as per physician's orders.
Monitor and assess patient health and report changes to the medical team.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions and post-treatment care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery.
Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Qualifications
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Prior experience in a clinical setting is a plus.
