Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department (ER)
Schedule: 3x12-Hour Shifts (36 Hours/Week)
Shift: Day/Evening (11:00 AM–11:00 PM or 3:00 PM–3:00 AM)

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Wenatchee, WA. The ideal candidate is a compassionate, adaptable nurse with strong emergency care experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

Provide comprehensive nursing care to emergency department patients.
Assess, monitor, and reassess patients using the nursing process.
Develop and implement individualized plans of care.
Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions.
Accurately document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Delegate tasks appropriately to support staff while ensuring quality patient care.
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, nursing standards, and patient safety protocols.
Participate in quality improvement and performance initiatives.
Float to other units as needed, including sitter assignments.
Active Washington State RN License or Compact RN License
Recent Emergency Department nursing experience
Ability to adapt to changing patient care needs and float as required
