Registered Nurse I, Ambulatory Care - Emergency Department

About This Role The Emergency Room RN provides professional nursing care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures while leading the healthcare team. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who excel in a fast‑paced environment and are committed to quality patient care.

What You'll Do Provide professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process.
Uphold Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures.
Serve as a leader of the healthcare team and delegate tasks appropriately.
Mentor, orient, and coach others in unit-specific operations.
Develop and contribute to individualized plans of care.
Monitor patient progress and revise care plans as needed.
Practice customer service standards and maintain patient confidentiality.
Licenses & Certifications Current RN License in California
