Production Machinist (full-time, late shifts)

Job TitleResponsible for the repair and maintenance of dies for a safe, clean, productive and economical operation that fully supports press production. Duties include repair and maintenance of production and stamping dies, experience working with large progressive, transfer and deep draw dies, ability to Tig weld, rework of damaged components in a timely manner, maintaining a clean and safe workplace, coordinating with manufacturing the dies to be repaired, troubleshooting problems to determine solutions, following standard work and training for all work activities, adhering to all Safety and Quality policies and procedures, ability to lift/push/pull/ up to 50lbs occasionally, ability to walk/stand/crouch/bend constantly throughout assigned shift. Skills and qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, completion of a four-year Tool and Die Apprenticeship Program, knowledge and ability to work with high strength steel, automotive stamping experience a plus. Job type is full-time with a salary range of $20.00 - $33.00 per hour. Schedule includes 8 hour shifts, evening shift Monday to Friday, and night shift.
