This hybrid Realtor role is based in Franklin, MA, with flexibility for some work from home. The Realtor will represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions, including conducting property showings, organizing open houses, and advising clients on pricing, offers, and negotiations. Daily activities include prospecting for new clients, following up on leads, preparing and reviewing purchase contracts and listing agreements, and coordinating inspections, appraisals, and closings. The role involves maintaining up‑to‑date market knowledge in the Franklin area, using ERA Key Realty’s marketing tools and technology platforms, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with real estate regulations. The Realtor will also collaborate with office colleagues, lenders, inspectors, and attorneys to provide a smooth, client‑focused experience from initial contact through closing.

Active Real Estate License in Massachusetts and a solid understanding of Real Estate practices and regulations.

Demonstrated Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing residential transactions.

Strong Customer Service abilities, with a focus on client advocacy, responsiveness, and clear communication.

Knowledge of Real Property concepts, including valuation, contracts, disclosures, and local market trends.

Ability to work in a hybrid environment, managing time effectively between the Franklin, MA office, client sites, and home.

Proficiency with real estate CRM tools, online listing platforms, and basic digital marketing for property promotion.

Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to attend showings, meetings, and community events.

Prior experience in residential real estate or a closely related sales field is preferred but not required.
