The LPN, RX Clinical Program Professional 1 integrates programs developed to improve overall health outcomes with a focus on prescription drugs. Your work is managed and often guided by precedent and/or documented procedures/regulations/professional standards with some interpretation.

Oversee medication therapy, strategy on comprehensive medication reviews, and prescription drug optimization in cases where patients are taking multiple medications.

Promote health awareness with patients through Rx Education and targeted quarterly campaigns.

An active, unrestricted LPN license.

One (1) or more years' experience working as an LPN.

Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for accurate documentation, data management, and workflow optimization.

One (1) year or more years of experience working as an LPN in a specialty pharmacy setting.

LPN Compact license.

Workstyle: This is remote position.

Work Schedule: This role operates on a Monday through Friday schedule, with shifts assigned between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM Eastern Time Zone (ET) . To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria:

wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.

Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

Work at Home Requirements: To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria: wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested. Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
