ALAY Home Care is urgently hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with developmental disabilities throughout ALL New Jersey counties .

Bergen • Essex • Hudson • Passaic • Union • Middlesex • Morris • Somerset • Monmouth • Ocean • Mercer • Camden • Burlington • Gloucester • Atlantic • Cape May • Salem • Cumberland • Warren • Sussex • Hunterdon
(70.00 per hour
Role Overview The BCBA provides clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs and behavioral aides, ensuring ethical, data-driven ABA services. Responsibilities include behavioral assessments, treatment planning, staff training, and progress monitoring.
Monitor data and adjust treatment plans
Ensure compliance with ABA and DDD standards
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
Active BCBA certification
Valid CPR/First Aid certification
Minimum 1 year experience with developmental disabilities
Strong knowledge of ABA, FBA, and Positive Behavior Support
Training & Screening
Criminal background check (fingerprinting)
College of Direct Support (online DDD certification)
Medical insurance (Horizon BCBS – 70% employer paid )
Dental & vision insurance
