We're partnering with a well-established organization in the healthcare industry to identify a Sales Manager who will lead a team of Account Managers while developing and executing strategies that drive revenue and long-term customer success.

This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment and enjoys mentoring others while remaining actively engaged with customers and key accounts.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers to achieve sales and revenue goals.

Create and execute monthly and quarterly territory sales strategies.

Monitor pipeline activity, sales performance, and key metrics to maximize growth.

Partner with team members on strategic customer meetings, business reviews, and major accounts.

Build strong relationships with corporate customers and key decision-makers.

Collaborate with operations and internal business partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Drive process improvements, accountability, and a high-performance team culture.

Proven success in consultative B2B sales and sales leadership.

Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing sales teams.

Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

Ability to analyze sales performance and implement strategies that improve results.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/sales reporting tools.

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Quarterly performance bonuses with strong earning potential, historically ranging from approximately $12,000-$25,000 .
