Press Operator¨NBSP;**Shift: **1st Shift: Mon – Thurs, 6am– 3pm, Fri, 6am-10am**Location: **Blaine, MNWage: $24.00 - $26.00******About the Role:**We are seeking a skilled **Brake Press or Punch Press Operator** to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating brake press machines to bend, form, and shape metal parts according to specifications.******Job Duties:**Set up and operate press machines safely and efficientlyRead and interpret blueprints, work orders, and part drawingsInspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standardsPerform routine machine maintenance and troubleshootingMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety procedures and company guidelines******Required Experience & Skills:**Minimum 3 years as a Press Operator and set upMinimum 3 years reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and blueprints, and able to read and understand written and verbal instructions, including drawings and shear listsAbility to program equipment to fabricate material based on product printsSkilled at selecting appropriate tooling for productionAbility to calculate blank sizes for jobs based on final product printsKnowledge of fabrication processes and ability to perform minor machine maintenanceMachines & technologies you'll use:Punch PressPress Brake
