Direct the implementation of behavior management programs/plans and ensure consistent carry-through. Make patient & task assignments to subordinates & monitor their performance of duties. Provide training & education to staff, patients, families, & others. Document patient care, ensure that data is accurate, & that it is included in the master treatment plan via timely nursing care plan updates. Education/Training:
~ Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Preferred: One-year inpatient psychiatric experience with adults, adolescents and/or children preferred.

Current North Carolina State Registered Nurse License
Knowledge of appropriate nursing assessment, diagnoses, & interventions with patients.
Ability to direct subordinates in the performance of their duties.
Skill in preparing and maintaining appropriate medical record documentation
