About the Position: Second-level Human Resources professional position accountable for administering agency human resources programs, policies, and procedures related to recruitment and selection, classification, salary analysis, benefits, appointments, performance evaluation, training and development, and employee engagement. Provides consultation and advice to managers, supervisors, and employees on human resources issues, including grievances, investigations, and employee relations issues. May exercise limited supervision over lower-level human resources staff.

Preferred Qualifications: Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of experience. - Hiring Agency Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Kronos, SPAHRS, and EC-MAGIC.
