Position Overview We're looking for a trial attorney to own a caseload of complex plaintiff-side civil matters from intake through trial, mentor junior attorneys and staff, and help shape firm-wide case strategy. Key Responsibilities Manage a complex caseload of plaintiff civil matters from pre-litigation through trial.

Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and other court documents in California state and federal courts.

Develop case strategy in partnership with clients and firm leadership.

Mentor and supervise associate attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants.

D. from an ABA-accredited law school; 3-7+ years of civil litigation experience with significant plaintiff-side work.
