Full-Time Housekeeping House Person / Lobby Attendant

Starting Pay: $22.00 per hour

Join our Housekeeping team at the beautiful InterContinental The Clement Monterey, located on historic Cannery Row. We are looking for a dependable, energetic, and detail-oriented Housekeeping House Person / Lobby Attendant who takes pride in creating a clean, welcoming, and memorable experience for our guests.

As a House Person, you will play an important role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest and public areas throughout the hotel while supporting the housekeeping team with daily operations and guest requests.

Maintain cleanliness of public areas, hallways, elevators, restrooms, stairways, and back-of-house areas

Assist Room Attendants with linen distribution, supply restocking, and special projects

Deep clean carpets, rugs, furniture, and other assigned areas as needed

Move and arrange furniture for hotel operations and events

Ensure housekeeping storage areas and linen closets remain organized and fully stocked

Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and lost & found procedures

Provide friendly and professional service to guests and fellow team members

Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred

Hotel experience is a plus

Good communication and guest service skills

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

and push/pull carts and equipment
