Promotes staff proficiency in the care of transferred patients. Assists with development and implements interdisciplinary strategies for providing a coordinated care program for transferred patients.

Master's preferred 3 years nursing experience in critical care or trauma care setting CCRN preferred Knowledge of EMTALA and transfer regulations Skills Effective communication skills both verbal and written Ability to make sound judgements Effective interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to adapt to multiple and changing priorities Knowledge in data collection, interpretation and evaluation Computer/keyboard skills required
