Five years post-licensure clinical mental health experience in college counseling center or other relevant setting or two years of full time post-graduation experience with three years of full-time post licensure experience in college counseling center or relevant setting.* **Knowledge / Skills:** Understanding of relevant clinical and supervision models, programs and resources. Knowledge of the mental health needs of a university setting. Excellent organizational and administrative abilities. Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database applications and electronic healthcare recordkeeping. Ability to stand for extended periods of time for outreach events.* **Other Requirements:** University functions and/or crisis situations that arise may necessitate working beyond normal office hours and/or work on weekends which will be on a limited basis.**PREFERRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE:**Doctorate in counseling, psychology, or social work. 15 or more years' experience in counseling or related field. Licensed as an LPC and board approved supervisor in Texas. Recent training or certification in Advanced Trauma-Informed Care.
