Assignment Duration
This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule
07:00 PM - 07:30 AM, every other weekend and holiday required.
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Med-Surge Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, manage telemetry devices, and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
Assess and monitor patient conditions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Coordinate and collaborate with healthcare team members.
Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Active RN license in the state.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Experience in Med-Surge and telemetry nursing preferred.
