Job Description Qualifications
BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or RF Power Engineering.
More than 10 years of experience in semiconductor equipment system and component troubleshooting.
Expertise in multi-kilowatt high power RF environments from 1 to 60 MHz.
Strong understanding of transmission line theory, impedance matching, RF measurements, and calibration techniques.
Must have High Power RF. Not looking for someone with Bluetooth or cell phone RF experience
Experience working with analog and digital circuitry, hardware-software interactions, and PCB assembly, inspection, and testing.
Familiarity with electrical measurement equipment including DMM, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and network analyzers.
Knowledge of industry standards such as SEMI S2, ISO9000, RoHS, UL, IEEE, MIL, IPC 610/620.
Practical lab experience and hands-on work in electro-mechanical assembly and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities
Provide technical troubleshooting and problem resolution for semiconductor equipment systems and RF components.
Develop and validate RF power systems including power generators, matching networks, and filters to meet operational specifications.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams on root cause analysis and corrective actions for hardware and software issues.
Perform RF measurements and calibration to ensure equipment performance aligns with quality and reliability standards.
Support product development, manufacturing, and testing of high-power RF systems and components.
