Head of Business Development - Remote Job

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing staffing team. This individual will play a key role in driving new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and positioning our firm as a trusted talent partner. If you are passionate about connecting businesses with top-tier tech talent and thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-focused environment, we want to talk to you.
Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities with mid-sized to enterprise clients in the Technology or Finance & Accounting sector.
Conduct outreach through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking events to build a strong sales pipeline.
Negotiate client agreements, rate structures, and contract terms with professionalism and strategic insight.
Track sales metrics, pipeline activity, and forecast performance using CRM tools (e.g., Bullhorn, Salesforce, etc.).
3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within IT staffing, Finance & Accounting, consulting, or recruiting.
Proven success in generating new business and exceeding sales targets.
Experience using CRM systems and sales tools to manage pipelines and outreach.
Existing client relationships or book of business within tech/startup/enterprise sectors.
Remote flexibility (or hybrid office option if local)
