Head of Employee Relations & HR Compliance

Serve as the primary HR Business Partner supporting HPS and ATS engineering leaders across North America.

Manage the full employee lifecycle, including requisition creation, candidate reviews, interviewing, offer approvals, onboarding, promotions, and talent planning.

Manage I-9 compliance, E-Verify processes, onboarding activities, and other HR operational functions.

Support performance management processes including calibrations, performance reviews, and talent assessments.

Conduct employee relations investigations and advise leaders on complex employee issues.

Drive annual HR initiatives and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Collaborate with global HR partners and Centers of Excellence, including immigration and talent acquisition teams.

Travel periodically to support various North American locations and business initiatives.

Must-Have Qualifications 8+ years of progressive HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Management experience.

Experience supporting engineering, software engineering, technical, manufacturing, or product development organizations.

Strong working knowledge of employee relations, talent management, performance management, compensation planning, and organizational development.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

Current knowledge of employment law and HR compliance best practices.

Immigration and work authorization experience.

Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Business Administration.
