Requirements

Basic life support
Licensed dental hygienist
Active Ohio Dental Hygiene License (required)
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene
BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Passion for patient education & preventive care
Job Description
Provide exceptional preventive dental care (cleanings, SRPs, periodontal therapy)
Conduct oral health assessments and educate patients on hygiene best practices
Take and review digital X-rays as needed
Document treatment plans and maintain accurate patient records
Collaborate with dentists to ensure comprehensive patient care
Maintain a sterile, organized workspace
Build trusting relationships with patients to encourage retention
