Seeking a dependable and detail-driven Welder to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone with a steady hand, a sharp eye for precision, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will weld stainless steel components, interpret technical drawings, and help build equipment that meets the highest standards for food service.
Key Responsibilities:
Weld stainless steel components using TIG /MIG techniques and cutting tools.
Weld sanitary stainless-steel equipment to meet hygienic standards for food service.
Interpret blueprints, layouts, and work orders to meet precise dimensions
Cut, trim, and shape metal parts with accuracy and care
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 2-4 years of TIG/MIG welding experience preferred (stainless steel)
• Must have experience or be willing to weld using a trigger (no foot pedals)
• Ability to read and interpret welding blueprints
• Strong communication skills in English (read/write/speak)
• Previous experience in food manufacturing is a plus
• Must pass a welding test using a trigger
• Laser welding experience is a plus
• Must be able to work OT as needed

Salary Description

$20 - $28 an hour
