Qualifications:
Active RN license in the state of Ohio
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association
BSN or professional certification recognized by the Magnet Association preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage patients who require medical step-down level care
Administer medications, perform assessments, and document patient status
