Olive Avenue, Glendale AZ 85302Duration: 1 year + Tentative start date: April 15, 2024Rate: $18/hr on W2Interviews: Interviews will be in person. The resource MUST be able to clear a 7 year Package A background, and sign a non-disclosure agreement. Candidates must also be able to start within 2 weeks of an offer being made.Performs Routine And Special Cleaning Of Facilities And BuildingsTo ensure they are clean, sanitary and in orderly condition.Essential Duties(This class specification represents only the core areas of responsibilities; specific position assignments will vary depending on the needs of the department). Sweeps, mops, waxes and vacuums floors/carpets Dusts, polishes and waxes furniture Cleans restrooms, locker rooms and equipment Inspects and performs minor repairs on equipment, furniture and fixtures Empties trash Moves furniture and equipment Prepares, paints, strips and/or resurfaces various surfaces Washes and cleans walls, windows and vents Inspects and maintains facilities during vacation periods Performs assigned tasks in response to requests and complaints Adheres to applicable policies and procedures Keeps assigned tools and/or equipment in clean and safe working condition Performs other duties as assigned
