Phlebotomist (Laboratory) (Weekends)

Phlebotomist - Clayton, NC Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Clayton, NC.
Work Schedule: This position works every weekend: Friday 7:30am-6:30pm, Saturday 9:00am-3:00pm, Sunday 9:00am-1:00pm.
Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
Process billing information and collect payments as required
Prepare specimens for testing and analysis
Provide superior customer service to all patients
Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary
Travel to additional sites when needed; Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent
Phlebotomy certification or completion of a phlebotomy training program, or at least 6 months of experience as a phlebotomist
Preferred Qualifications 1 year or more of phlebotomy experience
Additional Job Standards In lieu of work experience, certification or completed training program from an accredited agency
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Exceptional customer service skills
Comfortable working under minimal supervision

Employees scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible for the 401(k) Plan
Potential qualification for the PST Incentive Plan with quarterly bonus based on performance metrics
