Position: Home Health Occupational Therapist
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist for home health services in the following areas:
Area #3: San Ramon, Dublin, Pleasanton, Sunol, Livermore
Area #4: Danville, Martinez, Moraga, Alamo, Clayton, Concord, Lafayette, Orinda, Pleasant Hill, Walnut Creek
Job Details
Shift: Day Shift, 5x8-Hour (08:00 AM - 04:30 PM)
Start Date: As soon as possible (compliance process takes approximately 2 weeks)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours weekly
Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one occupational therapy services to patients in their homes.
May visit up to 6 patients per day, with a standard of 27 productivity points.
Timely communication and documentation are required.
Utilize provided documentation tools and return them at the end of the assignment.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of home health experience.
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
License: Must possess a valid California Occupational Therapy license.
Transportation: Traveler must have their own transportation; reasonable driving distances will be maintained.
Additional Information
Weekends: Ability to pick up patients on weekends to meet productivity goals.
No on-call requirements.
Local candidates are welcome to apply.
