$65,000 - $100,000/yr Regular/ Permanent Overview Position supports community outreach, internal operations, and the coordination of initiatives that align with company programs, sustainability efforts, and community engagement. The role involves ensuring policy compliance, safeguarding assets, maintaining quality standards, and guiding store teams to achieve business and customer-service goals. What you’ll do Initiate, direct, and participate in community outreach programs; build relationships with key community individuals or groups; represent the company to external organizations; champion company-sponsored programs, events, and sustainability efforts for associates, customers, and the local community. Ensure compliance with company policies by monitoring procedures, analyzing reports, and implementing asset protection, safety controls, quality assurance standards, and safety reviews; develop and implement action plans to correct deficiencies. Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, evaluating performance, recognizing contributions, and setting clear expectations to achieve business goals. Demonstrate exceptional customer service by following the One Best Way (OBW) service model; support customer-service initiatives; resolve customer needs, complaints, and issues; lead process improvements to ensure a high-quality customer experience. Assist the store manager in driving financial performance by helping achieve sales and profit goals; review PL statements; assist in controlling expenses aligned to sales; participate in analyzing economic trends and community needs for budgeting. Coordinate and oversee job-related activities by building relationships with key stakeholders; communicate goals and objectives; drive accountability; identify opportunities for improvement and promote continuous learning. Support Open Door Policy and uphold company mission, values, and ethics; foster a culture of belonging, collaboration, and integrity within the team. Minimum Qualifications 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U and Bellevue University; experience supervising 5 or more direct reports including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
