Required Qualifications:

Master's Degree - Social Worker.

Oregon Clinical Social Work Associate License within 60 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

2 years - Clinical work experience within healthcare, hospice and/or bereavement.

Pay Range:
$36.99 - $57.44 (base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.)
