Stern at Home Therapy is hiring Physical Therapists (PTs) to provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes throughout the Middletown, NY area.

Full-time Physical Therapists working under our 1099-tiered compensation model can earn up to $145,000 annually , based on visit volume.
Treat one patient at a time, manage your availability, and provide individualized care without the double-booking, productivity quotas, and clinic burnout common in traditional outpatient settings.
As a Physical Therapist with Stern at Home Therapy, you will evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric patient population in their homes throughout the Middletown area.
Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, safety, and overall function.
Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and members of the clinical team.
Coordinate with our administrative team regarding scheduling, patient care, and logistics.
Manage your caseload based on your availability and employment structure.
We offer multiple compensation options based on your level of commitment and preferred employment structure.

PRN:

$72 per 4-unit follow-up visit.
$Part-Time W-2:
$75 per 4-unit evaluation.
Full-Time W-2 Tiered Per-Visit Option:

• $Earn more per visit as you move through the tiered compensation structure.
• $75 per 4-unit evaluation.

Full-Time 1099 Tiered Contractor Option:

• $Earn more per visit as you move through the tiered compensation structure.
• $85 per 4-unit evaluation.
