Hourly Rate: $48–$55 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Consistent weekday schedule (details provided during interview)

Key Responsibilities

Perform pediatric dental hygiene procedures, including coronal polishing

Take and review dental radiographs as needed

Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and preventative care

Assist in maintaining a positive, calm, and child-friendly environment

Maintain accurate clinical records and follow infection control protocols

Work collaboratively with dentists and clinical staff to ensure excellent patient care

Qualifications

Active Ohio Dental Hygienist license

Coronal polishing certification required

Pediatric experience preferred, but not required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Gentle chairside manner with children of all ages
