Titan Security Group is hiring Security Concierge Officers to work at a commercial office building in Cleveland, Ohio.
Monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems to ensure facility safety.

• Conduct patrols and inspections to detect hazards or suspicious activity.
• Enforce property access policies and verify identification for visitors and contractors.
• Document all activities, incidents, and maintenance issues accurately.
• Provide customer service and assist with directions, inquiries, and building information.

Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
Able to obtain a security guard card in the state of Ohio
Education and/or Experience: Previous security experience, High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
Language Skills: Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Bilingual considered a plus.
Physical Demands: The physical demands are based on the contract and must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. be able to accommodate foot patrols on the interior & exterior of the assigned facility; Compensation starting at $15.50 per hour (Varies on post and position), paid vacation and personal days, medical insurance, dental insurance, life and AD&D insurance, optional life and AD&D insurance, paid holidays, and 401(k) match.
