Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop personalized, evidence-based physical therapy care plans.
Administer targeted therapeutic interventions, manual therapy, and corrective exercise programs.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
Educate patients and their family members on home exercise programs and injury prevention techniques.
Collaborate effectively with referring physicians, clinical staff, and administrative support.
Qualifications

Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or MPT required).
Licensure: Active (or eligible for) Nevada Physical Therapist License in good standing.
Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
Experience: 1+ years of outpatient clinical experience preferred (new grads with strong clinical rotations encouraged to apply).
Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient engagement skills; proficient with digital documentation tools.
