Remote Recruiter - Senior Care - Full Time

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter who can own the full hiring lifecycle - from posting roles through offer. This person will be the primary recruiting partner for US-based hiring managers, filling Senior and Director-level roles across the company. You'll manage sourcing, screening, scheduling, candidate communication, and all the administrative work that keeps a pipeline moving.

We're looking for someone who actively uses AI tools in their recruiting workflow - whether that's sourcing, screening, outreach, or process automation. This is not a coordination role - we need someone who can independently drive searches, build candidate pipelines, and close hires with minimal hand-holding. This is a full-time contractual position with the potential to move to a permanent role depending on business needs.

Own the full recruitment lifecycle: from resume review to hire

Post job openings across relevant platforms and set up automations and processes to keep pipelines efficient

Leverage AI tools to enhance candidate outreach, screening efficiency, and recruiting operations

Manage multiple open roles simultaneously, keeping pipelines organized and moving

Conduct all screening calls and serve as the primary candidate point of contact throughout the process

Partner directly with US hiring managers to align on role requirements, calibrate on candidates, and provide regular pipeline updates

Handle all scheduling, interview logistics, and administrative tasks involved in the hiring process

Track and report on pipeline metrics (volume, conversion rates, time-to-fill) to keep stakeholders informed

Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in our ATS (Workable)

Build and improve recruiting automations and workflows to reduce manual work and increase speed

Type: Full-time remote (Philippines-based)

Flexible working hours; must have significant overlap with US business hours for hiring manager syncs, screening calls, and candidate communication

Works directly with US hiring managers; communicates via Slack, Google Meet, and email
