Senior Commercial Lender
Crescent Search is partnering with a respected banking organization to identify a Senior Commercial Lender to lead and grow a high-performing commercial lending team in the Baton Rouge market.
This is an opportunity for an established banking professional who brings strong commercial lending relationships, proven leadership ability, and a vision for building a successful team. The ideal candidate will bring two or more experienced commercial lenders and help establish a stronger presence in the market.
Build, mentor, and lead a team of commercial lenders while fostering a collaborative, results-driven culture.
Develop new commercial lending relationships and expand the bank’s presence in the Baton Rouge market.
Manage Risk: Maintain sound underwriting standards, credit quality, and disciplined portfolio management.
Drive Performance: Partner with bank leadership to execute commercial banking strategies and achieve growth objectives.
Build lasting relationships with business owners, executives, and community leaders.
Significant experience in commercial lending and business development.
An established network of commercial banking relationships in the Baton Rouge market.
The ability and desire to bring two or more commercial lenders as part of a team hire.
Strong credit judgment, relationship management, and business development skills.
Performance-based bonus and commission opportunities
