RDA Lead

Lead Dental assistant Join our growing practice as a Lead Dental Assistant and play a key role in shaping our clinical team. We’re looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional with advanced dental experience, iTero scanning, Invisalign workflows, and phlebotomy skills, who can lead by example, manage assistants, and maintain the highest standards of patient care.

Responsibilities

Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures

Prepare, sterilize, and maintain treatment rooms and instruments

Take dental X-rays and digital impressions using intraoral scanners (iTero)

Support Invisalign workflows and patient education

Use Open Dental software for scheduling and patient records

Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene

Ensure compliance with OSHA and infection control protocols

Provide a welcoming and professional patient experience

Perform administrative duties as needed (phones, scheduling, supplies)

Requirements

• 2–3 years of Dental Assisting experience in the U.S. (required)
• High school diploma required; dental assistant training preferred
• CDA or RDA certification (preferred)
• Experience with intraoral scanners and Invisalign (strongly preferred)
• Proficiency with Open Dental software (preferred)
• English required; bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation to Downtown Miami

Schedule

Monday–Friday (no weekends)

Full-time, flexible hours
