Periodontist Opportunity

We are seeking a patient-focused Periodontist to be responsible for gum related treatments and procedures. The responsibilities of a Periodontist include performing surgical procedures, diagnosing and treating conditions, and establishing treatment programs to monitor oral health.

Responsibilities Include:

Perform comprehensive oral examinations to make full-mouth assessments of the patients oral condition, develop treatment plans based on findings, and then communicate suggested treatment options to patients in terms they can understand.

Understand and appreciate patient concerns and challenges, and help each patient balance their unique circumstances with the best treatments and outcomes for their overall oral health and happiness.

Provide implants and perform cosmetic surgical procedures.

Diagnose and treat conditions.

Provide preventative treatment.

Resolve gum issues such as gum sensitivity.

Periodontist Requirements:

Doctor of Dental Surgery or Doctor of Medical Practice.

License to practice as a Periodontist.

Additional experience, certifications, or licensing may be required.

Strong computer skills and experience with healthcare databases and applications.

Willingness to comply with local, state and federal laws regarding dental and health care.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to keep detailed records.

Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures, tools and diagnostics.

Good management skills.
