L7 Construction Inc. is seeking a Field Engineer. The successful candidate will be willing to actively participate in field work alongside the crew and Superintendent, including excavation support, material handling, equipment operation (as trained), and pipe assembly.

Work hands on in the field to support daily operations as needed

Look ahead at upcoming activities to ensure all required materials, equipment, information, and resources are available prior to execution.

Read and interpret construction plans and specifications to support field crews and ensure correct installation.

Communicate daily with the Superintendent, Foreman, and project team to align field progress with project goals.

Field purchase orders

Engineering duties as assigned for assistance in planning construction

Maintain and update project logs and schedules

Collect and assemble O&M material

Perform subcontract scope analysis

Document distribution

Surveying/layout, technical writing

Ability and willingness to perform physical work in field conditions.

Ability to work as a hybrid between project management and field supervision roles.
