Southwestern Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, a skilled nursing facility in Pittsburgh, PA, is hiring CNAs - Certified Nursing Assistants for the following shifts:

~ Full Time, Part-Time & PRN: 7a - 3pm, 3p–11p and 11p–7a

What You’ll Do
Provide daily care and support for residents as their primary caregiver
Assist with activities of daily living and monitor vitals, weight, and input/output
Communicate changes in condition to the nursing team
Complete accurate documentation of care provided

Qualifications
Current CNA certification required
Long-term care experience preferred
Compassionate, patient, and respectful toward residents
Strong communication skills and team player
Commitment to person-centered care
